Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a natural health care that focuses on neuromuscular dysfunction and treatment in order to improve overall health via the nervous system.

Applied Kinesiology

Applied Kinesiology is a diagnostic system used to evaluate the triad of health – structural, chemical and emotional. When a person experiences poor health, it is due to an imbalance of one or more of these factors.

In order to restore this balance, each aspect must be assessed. With this method, the primary imbalance(s) can be determined and treated directly for optimum results.

In general, the applied kinesiologist uses manual muscle testing to find a “weak” muscle and attempts to determine why it is not functioning properly.

The practitioner then evaluates and utilizes the therapy that best eliminates the muscle “weakness” and strengthens the patient.

Clinical Nutrition

Your body depends on several nutrients to function properly, such as vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, and amino acids.

A deficiency or imbalance of any of these key nutrients may arise from reasons such as:

  • Poor dietary habits
  • Disease processes
  • Genetic factors
  • Physical, chemical, mental, or emotional stress

The body may initially compensate for these deficiencies. However, if left unaddressed, they can contribute to metabolic disorders, low energy production, hormonal issues, etc.

Movement Training

When moving throughout the day, we don’t isolate one muscle to perform a task. Therefore, we should not exercise one muscle alone but rather, perform functional exercises that incorporate several muscles at once.

This form of training prepares you for real-life physical activities, strengthens the entire body, and helps prevent future injuries.
